RKB Cricket Academy: Guidelines and Policies for Trainees
At RKB Cricket Academy, we are committed to creating a disciplined, safe, and professional environment that nurtures young talent. To ensure the best experience for all trainees, the following guidelines and policies must be adhered to:
1. Dress Code and Attendance
- Trainees must attend all sessions in white cricketing attire.
- Adherence to the scheduled timings is mandatory.
- In case of absence, trainees must inform the coach at least eight hours in advance.
2. Discipline and Conduct
- Discipline is a cornerstone of cricket coaching. Any trainee found violating the discipline will face expulsion.
- Trainees must actively participate in all training sessions and events organized by the academy.
- A professional attitude is expected during training and matches, with trainees giving their best effort at all times.
3. Coach and Player Interaction
- Playing time during matches will be awarded based on attendance and dedication to training and game preparations.
- All disputes, including playing time, personality differences, and scheduling conflicts, must be addressed directly with the coach.
- Parental involvement in disputes will only be sought if the coach and player cannot resolve the issue independently.
4. Team Spirit
- The team always takes precedence over individual interests.
- Selfishness or a lack of respect for others will not be tolerated. Trainees must support and treat each other with respect, fostering a "TEAM FIRST" attitud
5. Coaching Schedule
- Training sessions will be held four days a week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
6. Safety and Accountability
- The academy is not responsible for any incidents or losses occurring while trainees are commuting to or from the academy.
- Parents or escorts are accountable for trainees' safety outside academy timings.
- Trainees are required to use appropriate protective gear, such as pads, guards, and helmets, to minimize risks during practice and matches.
- While immediate medical aid will be provided in case of injuries, the academy cannot be held liable for any untoward incidents, including injuries, disabilities, or fatalities, that occur during coaching or matches.
7. Parental Guidelines
- Parents are not permitted to stay on the field during coaching sessions. If they wish to meet the coach, an appointment must be scheduled in advance.
8. Selection and Performance
- The academy aims to deliver high-quality cricket coaching but does not guarantee selection in teams or events. Selections are purely merit-based, and the academy is not accountable for non-selection.
9. Admission and Fees
- Admission is open to children aged 7 to 18 years.
- Trainees absent for three months or more will need to seek re-admission.
- Fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Parents are advised to make fee payments after careful consideration.
